 Community Needs Assessment
Below you will find a link to the online survey we need your help with!  If you will please take a few minutes and complete the survey we would greatly appreciate it.  We need surveys from residents of LaGrange, Greenville and Manchester. 

Our goal is to reach at least 100 adults ages 26+ in each community as well as 100+ surveys completed by youth 9-17 and young adults 18-25. 

You can access all three surveys with the link below. For the 26+ survey, please choose “AlcoholOlder” – Go To Survey. You will then be prompted to enter an Invitation Code which is 6100.

Breakfast starts at 7:20.
Students are tardy at 7:50.
School ends at 2:45
